Our Story

In October 1999, Monica Pasinato-Forchielli and her brother John-Paul Pasinato opened their first Massage Therapy Clinic - Family Massage Therapy on Mohawk Road East at Upper Gage. Six months later, their second location opened on Concession Street at Upper Wentworth.

This location is now the home of ONE Wellness Group - an interdisciplinary clinic providing services in Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Holistic Services, Counseling, Aesthetics , Yoga and Medical Cannabis Consultations.

ONE Wellness Group is proud to be the leaders in providing innovative product lines such as Benefect Botanical Cleaners & Disinfectants, Cryoderm, Eve Taylor Aromatherapy and Myother to both the public and Health Professionals.

ONE Wellness Group is the home of ONE Concept Conferences which hosts the Canadian Massage Conference and the American Massage Conference.

The Flow House Studio offers a variety of classes such as Vinyasa and Gentle Flow as well as private sessions if you're looking for something more personal.
